Hi. Caiti seems to be doing fairly well on the Topamax. Her neuro only has her on 25 mg 2 x per day, where most people appear to be on more, but even at this small dose I've definately noticed major improvements. Her head nod is pretty much gone anyway.

Thanks for the reply. Our 14yo son started at 25mg 2x daily and is now up to 75mg 2 x day and still is not getting any relief. We are scheduled to go as high as 100mg 2 x daily. He is having suc a difficult time.
